How to place an order?

This is how it works; first upload your favorite photo from Facebook, Instagram or your phone onto our website.

Then choose the size you would like.

After that simply enter your payment info and wait for us to send out your finished product within 5-9 business days! If there's any problems with editing we'll call or email right away so that we can fix everything before printing begins.

Can I order any super hero character or car brand pillow?

For orders relating to custom car pillows, super hero pillows and anime pillows; Please note you can choose any super hero character, anime character or car brand.

You can either upload an image you would like to use or let us know the name of the character or brand you would like in the order notes section at check out.

What type of images will work?

For all pillows a high quality photo with good lighting is required. If you are unsure if your image will work please send us the image via live chat or email and well advise if it will work or not.

Mobile phone photos are ok to use.

For pet pillows no specific posture is compulsory, what ever you like is fine as long as the image quality is fine.

For photos that include a face please make sure that the photo is front facing.

For plushies / stuffed animals please send as many pictures as possible of different angles. 10 Recommended.

Will I be shown a mock-up of my order before it is produced?

By default we do not send mock ups, should you wish to receive a mock up of your order prior to production, please leave a message in the order notes section when checking out. If you have any special requirements please leave your comments in the notes as well.

How long does it take to create a pillow?

between 1-2 weeks to receive at your door for US, UK, AU and CA orders.

Production time is usually 5-9 days. Times may vary during peak seasons.

Do I need to edit or remove the background from my photo before i purchase?

No, one f our highly skilled designers will crop and edit your picture professionally.

Can i wash these pillows?

Yes, the pillows are machine wash safe. Gentle wash with warm water. The pillows come with a zipper on the side, remove all the stuffing and wash the cover only.
