Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day hassle free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. You may return your order or request a replacement should you not be completely satisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we can send you a replacement or refund. Send us an email to begin the refund or return process.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your query is received, we’ll send you a downloadable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Packages should be returned to 405 W Works St, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once we receive your return we will either refund you or send you a replacement, depending on what you decide. Should you request a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
