I gave them a picture that was a weird shape and kind of blurred. The pillow came out amazing. Definitely worth it.

I ordered a custom pillow two years ago. My daughter has slept with it every night since with no signs of wear or tear. She asked for another one this year now that our pup has grown up. It arrived with the same quality so I anticipate it will hold up just as well as the first. I know she will love it!
They are nicely made and my pups love their new beds!

the quality of the product and print were great all in all, but the positioning of the provided photo was not the best, and made the final product like kind of awkward. Would be better if the customer had the ability to frame the picture himself

The pillow is ok but the process takes FOREVER with zero communication. No response from either email address sales@cushypups or info@cushypups. AND the phone number on the website is not a working number. I was very close to disputing the charge but then my order finally showed up close to one month after placing the order.

Ordered a memorial pillow for my daughter who is grieving the sudden loss of our family dog. Pillow is beautiful and well made. Production was extremely slow and customer service was average at best. The frustration of working with this company added to an already difficult time.

We just recently lost our 13 year old boy and my daughter has been really struggling with her grief. She’s younger so death just isn’t something she’s dealt with or really understands. We had a pillow made of our buddy and it has helped her tremendously. It looks just like him and it’s so soft, my daughter says it feels like him too. Thank you, more than you know.
I love the pillow, but there was a mistake when ordering it and the date was wrong that was going to be printed on the back, I tried to email them regarding my order to change it before it was made, but I never got a reply to my email. So when I received my item the date is wrong. I still love the pillow for sentimental value, but wished they had replied to my email so it could be corrected first.
