At Cushy Pups, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-made pet products. Each item is made to order, ensuring that you receive a truly unique and personalized product. Below, we provide detailed information about our processing times, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Processing & Production Time
Since our items are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the product. The general timeframes are as follows:
- Custom Pet Pillows & Plush Items: 5–9 business days for production.
- Jewelry & Accessories: 3–7 business days for production.
- Other Custom-Made Items: Processing times may vary; please check the product description for specific timeframes.
- Rush Orders: If you need your order urgently, please contact us at sales@cushypups.com before placing your order to check for expedited processing availability.
Once your item has been created, it will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times once your item has been processed and shipped:

Please note: Shipping timeframes do not include processing/production time. If you order a custom item, please factor in production time in addition to the estimated shipping time.
Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- All orders include tracking, and updates will be available through the carrier’s website.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first. If there are any concerns, reach out to sales@cushypups.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can assist in locating it.
- Delayed Shipments: External factors (such as customs processing, weather disruptions, or peak holiday season delays) may occasionally affect delivery times. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.
- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
- These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Changes to Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the address.
